Obv: AVGVSTVS / TRIBVNIC / POTEST in 3 lines within wreath.
Rx: M SANQVINIVS Q F III VIR AAA FF around large S – C. C/M: PP at 12:00 Rx, IMP & uncertain C/M below it.
