Obv: IMP C TETRICVS CAE. Rad. dr. bust right.
Rx: SALVS AVG. Salus standing left, feeding serpent arising from altar, and holding long scepter.
No exact or even particularly close listed type exists to cite as a prototype.
This piece clearly illustrates how the contemporary copies of this era could be of similar (or better) workmanship and size (or larger) compared to their prototypes.
